The Thomas the Tank Engine Archive (the Archive) is a non-profit fan-made project and is in no way affiliated with Mattel, HIT Entertainment, or any current or previous copyright holders of the Thomas & Friends franchise. We do not claim ownership over any of the content displayed or linked through this archive.
2. Restriction on Corporate Access
Access to this website is strictly prohibited to any individuals employed by, affiliated with, or representing any companies or organizations that currently own or have any legal authority over the Thomas & Friends franchise, including but not limited to Mattel and its subsidiaries. The only exception is for individuals who privately collect Thomas & Friends merchandise or props and who are not otherwise affiliated with said companies.
3. Permitted Sharing
You are allowed and encouraged to share links directly to the Archive and its episode viewer. For example:

The Archive is intended for historical, preservation, and educational purposes. We recommend its use only by those who:
- Own the original DVDs or digital licenses to the episodes
- Use the content strictly for private and legitimate archival purposes
The Archive does not condone piracy and will not accept donations or profit in any form. It is hosted using free platforms and has no financial motives.
5. Discord Server Policy
The official Discord server for the Archive (https://discord.gg/3pE6R6h37X) is a private community. You may:
- Share invite links to the server
- Copy and share message links
However, screenshots or redistributions of chat content outside the server are not allowed. Respect community privacy and only promote the server through legitimate means.
6. Series Status (As of June 2025)
As of the time these terms were last updated (29/06/2025), the original model and CGI-based Thomas & Friends series have been discontinued. The only currently active production is the "All Engines Go" reboot series.
